The detached house is located in the middle of the romantic alpine village GRAINAU (near Garmisch) at the foot of the Zugspitze, only 1 minute walk to the Zugspitz train. In front of the living room on the south side is a large terrace with a fantastic view to the mountains. The location is perfect to reach, even without car and an ideal starting point for summer and winter sports, whether mountain biking, hiking, climbing, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, or cross-country skiing.

The House VINTAGE is classified with 4 stars and offers 200 m² of space with separate annex and garden. The living room in the winter garden and the south terrace offer a breathtaking view of the Zugspitze.

In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 3 floors. The beautiful, open-plan kitchen leading into a large dining room with fireplace and the sunny living room in the conservatory invite you to linger. In the adjoining house on the same property there is another large living-bedroom with private bathroom and TV. WIFI is available throughout the house. In the basement there is plenty of space for skis or bikes and a yard with parking for 2 cars.
